...now can someone please explain what it means?

the whitlams are love
brought to you by the isLove Generator

As far as I can figure, love is muddy green and looks like a stack of Lifesavers. The Whitlams seem to be involved too, but, well, that's kind of to be expected.

Nah. You used a generator.

The "is love" thing is a sendup of the "marriage is love" thing that went around when the first noises started being made about the Federal Marriage Amendment.

And I'll bet it takes a look at your public entries and sees what you post about the most that matches with your interests, combined with your answers to the quiz? I could be wrong.

I think it just picks randomly from your interests.

It apparently just plumbs your LJ interests and randomly generates different results each time.

So what's up with the graph thing? Marriage is about the colour spectrum or something?

It's based on the pride rainbow.

Ah...

On a related note, you can tell I've lived in Toronto too long. Someone asked me what all the rainbows were, and it took me a minute to figure out they were pointing out the Pride flags on the building. I also received a blank look when my first response was: "Flag of the Church Street Nation" and wondered why this out of towner didn't get it.

I was in the car with my dad and brothers and "Louis Burdett" came up on the tape (not mine!) that was in the player and I stopped talking in the middle of a word.

It's a good thing they already know I'm mad.
