Atlanta Burning and Other Tales of the South

Right then.

I am taking a vacation! For those of you have have noticed my slow yet steady degeneration from a whole human being into a flakey zombie like wraith, kept alive by alcohol, caffiene and the fresh adrenal glands of children, you can guess this is a good thing.

My visits to the South have always been entertaining, at least. This time, I shall brave the wilds of the Georgia coast, and see Savannah. Midnight in the garden of good and evil and fried chicken. I shall be attending DueyCon, and I will be signing autographs. Bring the kids.

I shall be sending out all my various info to the people in charge of this, (one of which thankfully isn't me) and preparing my liver for the flight. Did you know that if you belch as the plane is taking off, you can blow your eardrums out into the aisles?

Flight attendants live for eardrums.

Anyhow, that is my news. Back to your toil.

And because of irreconcilible schedule conflicts (we've got the frelling residency in-service exam on the first day of the con), I won't be able to make it. :(

Take care of Dex, sis. Don't let him drink any of the local moonshine. We don't want to send him back to Toronto with lead poisoning. :)
