Dec. 2nd, 2008 02:51 amTo my dear friend DuAnn, one of the loveliest human beings I have ever had the pleasure of spending time with. After years of struggle, heartbreak, and adversity, she's the proud mother of triplets. No one I have ever met deserves it more than her.
A dedicated Christian who believes that love is what defines her religion. A beautiful woman who found the man she loved and made no bones about that decision. A person so good, and so righteous, that she found kinship in three drunken louts who barely deserve consideration in her world. A woman and her husband that I am happy to hold up as my ideal about a world wholly foreign to me, but requiring respect and sober judgment. These are people alien to me in almost everyway, and yet, in everyway, my people.
If it can be accepted from a man such as I, God bless the both of you, and a thousand wishes of happiness and well being for your now wondefully extended family.
