Bad Connection Poetry Corner
Sep. 18th, 2006 01:44 pmA Sonnet for a Lost Connection (AKA: Dex is still mostly asleep and hungover still)
Looking at a broken internet sign
Bits of computer parts have no function
The error states an unplugged cable line
Yet no break 'tween router/modem junction
The Sabbath sees tech support silent
Do they care about my ether duties
E-mails not read, plots stalled, logs unsent
Alone wait my internet cuties
AIM taunts them with anticipated smut
Teasing them with offers both lewd and tender
But my connection remains firmly shut
And plaint e-mails bounce back to sender
Let not disconnect see your ardor dim
Because my love is at tech support's whim.
