Now, America is open for terrorist business. God help those within. However, there is also a larger question in all of this. The United States is the largest military force on the planet. It maintains the most widespread and supported intelligence system. They will find those who planned this atrocity. And when they do, they will be faced with a question;
Do we act on justice, or do we act on revenge?
Important decision. The United States is unique because it is a country built on ideas and philosophy, as opposed to tribal happenstance and the illusions of kings. Those principles that are the basis of the system are essential to the working of the US government. Obliquely, if you can bypass those, the US becomes another powerful country with an easily circumventable populace. But to adhere to those principles... principles are easy to adhere to when they're cut and dried and you have not suffered this kind of loss. It's sticking with them when it's hard that makes them real. Will the US? The question the world is waiting for an answer on.
I guess that's been answered by now.
