After 50,000 words, part one of FALL ON YOUR KNEES when out for beta. This story has become an exhausting process, because of the sheer size of the beast. The frustrating thing is that the story isn't on a grand scope. It's a dark little tale of nastiness and magic in the depths of England. Not a giant epic or intricate piece of geo-politics, but talking about magic and cancer and vomiting up a curry while ratted.
