Hey everyone,

This is Lauren for Dex letting you all know that he slipped late last night on the ice coming home and managed to fracture his ankle in two places. Because he doesn't do anything by halves, it is severe enough that he was admitted straight through onto the waiting list for surgery and should be going in this evening.

Hopefully we'll be home by tomorrow afternoon at the latest, but he's going to be in a cast for six weeks. You'll be happy to know he is getting the good drugs.

I'll answer any questions you may have and promise to keep you all updated.
