Pointless Meme

This is NPR's list of top 100 must read SF&F and it is crap. I mean, seriously, I like Neil Gaimen too, but 'American Gods' is ahead of 'Neuromancer'? Are you mad? Sanderson, Feist, and all of the archangels lil' nephews help me, goddamn R.A Salvatore is on the list but no Poul Anderson, Harlen Ellison, Alfred Bester, Ben Bova, Greg Bear, John Campbell or Bruce Sterling made it? There's four goddamn Gaimen's but only one Kim Stanley Robinson? Who wrote this list? Did they farm it off to a junior staffer armed with the wiki entry on popular sci-fi and fantasy series to just bash it together.

Here is the list that should be shot in the fucking face. Bold is what I have read. If it isn't bolded, I likely don't care about it. Unfortunately, I have read a lot of crap, it would seem.
