Prop 8 Overturned

In a blow to bigots and Mormons everywhere, Judge Walker has deemed Prop 8 to be unconstitutional, and overturned its legal status. Opponents to his ruling have already moved to have his ruling stayed. I've blogged about this before, but if you go back to read the transcripts, the pro-Prop 8 side was regularly handed their heads for the nonsensical arguments and thinly veiled bigotry disguised as science they presented.
