Attack The Darkness

One of the coldest nights of the year, and a flooded power station knocks out power to parts of west Toronto. Specifically, where I bloody live. Looks like power has come back on, but there's a warning that it might be temporary and full restoration of power isn't expected until late this afternoon or possibly into the evening.
