Going To Hell

I read about Steve Irwin's death by being stabbed in the chest by a stingray. My first thought was Steve looking down saying 'Well, it's a fair cop.' and John Cleese as God chucking him on the shoulder and admonishing 'Don't talk to the audience'.

Seriously though, I've been to his zoo in Brisbane. Say what you want about his mangling of the Aussie stereotype, but he's one of the top animal conservationists of the last twenty years, and his popularity and power will be sadly missed.
