Boss dropped by my desk with some new information. If that Do-Not-Call list every gets through the courts, it's very likely that we're getting Sprint International and Sprint America's support services. You know, you have an issue with your phone bill, you call up the company to get it fixed? Well, the possibility exists.
To explain what that means to my company? Currently we have four centres and are planning to expand to sixteen over the next 18 months. (8 in Canada, 8 overseas) If this happens, we would need to add about 8000 seats. That means doubling the size of the company in about a six week duration.
Funny. I now find myself supporting anti-telemarketing laws so we can make more money off telemarketing. That's ironic.
