New Fiction Bought

So, I finally used the giftcard Lee gave me for my birthday last year. Don't ask. I take forever to use gift certificates because I tend to leave them in a stack on my desk, and never think to grab them on my way out. Anyhow, purchased was the new Chuck Palahnuik hardcover, and the new James Ellroy short collection. Easily two of my favourite writers, just waiting for me to finish rereading Chabon and dive into. It's actually been a pretty slow year fiction wise, because very little has come out that I'm actually interested in.
